We provide the above guide price for postage depending on weight, which will be calculated and confirmed at the checkout.
All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked service - for your peace of mind.
Payment methods - We only accept PayPal - which also allows payments made with a debit or credit card.
We hope you’re happy with everything you buy from us, however we understand that this may not always be the case. If you return an item(s) within 28 days of the item(s) being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method, or an exchange if you’ve requested.
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note - any refunds will be at our discretion.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be:
in a saleable condition, in the original packaging including any tags.
unworn, unwashed, free from any scents or soiling.
free from any personalisation*
All items are inspected upon return. When trying on clothing please be careful and respectful, as items damaged, used or in any other unsaleable condition will mean that we won’t be able to give you a full refund and may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
At our sole discretion, we may choose to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of an item due to damage.
*personalised items will only be exchanged if we, The Limitless Heights Project, are at fault with the manufacture of the item(s).
Proof of postage
We recommend you get and obtain proof of postage when sending your returns e.g. a tracking code with Royal Mail Tracked/Signed For service. We cannot assume responsibility for any untracked items sent without proof of postage, that are lost on their way to us.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 29 and 45 days of the item being delivered to you, we will give you a gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item(s).
Returns made past 45 days will not be accepted and if we have to send it back to you. If you try to make a return outside of the above returns period, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover delivery costs.
If you’ve received a faulty item, we apologise and want to sort this out for you as quickly as possible, in accordance with the terms laid out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
As soon as you discover a fault, we ask that you please contact us at , stating the following information:
The order number
The faulty item's product name
A description of the fault
An image if possible
Please note: if your item has become faulty outside of our 45 day returns timeframe, you won’t be able to create a return.
So…how exactly do I return items?
It’s easy! Read below:
1. Place your item(s) inside the original packaging.
2. Fill out the details on the returns section of the delivery note that came with your order, and place it inside the bag along with your item.
3. Affix the provided label with our address onto the parcel, and take to your local delivery office.
Misplaced the delivery note? No problem!
Get in touch with us and we’ll email another one over to you, or ask you to write out the required details on a blank piece of paper and send with your returns.
